These Terms cover your use of ohvtrips.com while it's a coming-soon page. The site is operated by OHVTrips, a trade name of AJW Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("OHVTrips," "we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. When the full trip planner launches, new Terms will replace these, and we'll post them here before they take effect.
1. What the site is right now
Right now ohvtrips.com is a preview page where you can learn about OHVTrips and sign up for launch news. There's no trip planner, store, or user account yet.
2. The waitlist
- You can join the waitlist with your email address. We'll use it to send you launch news about OHVTrips, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to hello@ohvtrips.com.
- Please sign up only with an email address you own. The site isn't meant for children under 13.
- Joining the waitlist doesn't promise early access, a launch date, or any particular feature.
3. Using the site
Please don't:
- break the law using the site;
- try to hack, overload, or interfere with the site or its servers;
- scrape or copy the site with bots, or use it to send spam; or
- sign up with someone else's email or pretend to be someone you're not.
We may block access or remove a waitlist signup that breaks these rules.
4. Our content
The OHVTrips name, logo, text, and design belong to AJW Ventures LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without permission.
5. Off-road safety and information
Anything on this page about trails, riding, or travel is general information, not professional or safety advice. Trail conditions, closures, and rules change. Always check with the land manager (such as the U.S. Forest Service or BLM), follow posted rules, and ride within your skills. You're responsible for your own safety and for following the law when you ride.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, which we'll label as explained in our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
7. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be accurate, error-free, or always available.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AJW Ventures LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this coming-soon site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above. Using the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
Colorado law governs these Terms, except where the law of the place you live gives you protections that can't be waived.
